Dragonfly Aerial Studio is located in Morganville New Jersey. We are a Movement, fitness & Wellness Studio specializing in Aerial Yoga since 2013. We teach Aerial in group sessions and private groups to people of all ages. We believe in balance for body, mind and spirit while also having fun! We offer a variety of Yoga, Lyra (Aerial Hoop), Dance (for experienced dancers and beginners), fitness training, Crystal Singing Bowls Meditations, and more. We aim to provide an experience that will leave you feeling stronger, relaxed & more confident to grow your practice and nurture your soul. Our Mission is to find the best combination of movement & meditation for your overall wellness & enjoyment as you build confidence, strength & flexibility to enhance your everyday life and increase mobility for all other activities you also enjoy!
Allison is the owner & operator of Dragonfly Aerial Studios. She is a certified NJ teacher with a degree in Psychology. Allison is also an E-RYT 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor with over 2,000 hours of teaching experience. She has been practicing yoga for 20 years. She believes yoga helps keep our Kinesthetic connection
vibrant and healthy as we age. She enjoys leading students through a movement experience that incorporates meditation, mindfulness and a deeper soulful connection to our true authentic selves. She teaches to all levels from beginner to advanced. In the end Allison's hope is that her students find themselves not only stronger more flexible and balanced but also able to live more in the present moment, free of judgement of self and others while gaining a more loving and deeper understanding of themselves.
