Aerial Yoga Teacher Training:

This training is for anyone who would like to share their love of Aerial yoga with others and/or deepen your own practice. You will learn how to sequence classes, provide verbal ques and spotting techniques to safely guide others in and out of the silks. This training will also help you find your voice as an instructor and incorporate your unique gifts into your classes so you feel confident sharing this lovely form of movement.
