Dragonfly Yoga is located in Colts Neck New Jersey. We are a yoga, fitness & wellness boutique specializing in private and small group sessions geared toward your wellness needs. We offer Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Barre, Crystal Singing Bowls Meditations, and Essential oil Aromatherapy sessions. We aim to provide an experience that will leave you feeling stronger, relaxed & more confident to grow your practice and nurture your mind, body, & soul. Meet our Team..
Ali is the owner & operator of Dragonfly Yoga Studios. She is a certified NJ teacher with a degree in Psychology. Ali is also an E-RYT 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor with over 1,500 hours of teaching experience. She has been practicing yoga for 20 years. She believes yoga helps keep our Kinesthetic connection vibrant and healthy as we age. She enjoys leading students through a movement experience that incorporates meditation, mindfulness and a deeper mind, body and soul connection. She teaches to all levels from beginner to advanced. In the end Ali's hope is that her students find themselves not only stronger more flexible and balanced but also able to live more in the present moment, free of judgement of self and others while gaining a more loving and deeper understanding of themselves.
Abbey Lyn Feiler-Kober
Teaches: Aerial Yoga
History: She played division 1A field hockey in college.
Injuries: Has had five shoulder surgeries.
Yoga Practice: She realized Yoga and Aerial yoga provided her balance, power and self growth in addition to strength and flexibility.
Her Goal: To share a yoga practice that increases strength, and growth intellectually, and physically.
Fun Fact: Abbey Loves dogs and has one Bulldog "Dozer" and 2 Great Danes "Mo" & Mel"

History: Pat has practiced Yoga for ten years.
Injuries: She has Arthritis in hands & Occasional back pain.
Yoga Practice: Her practice increases and helps maintain balance, strength and mobility.
Her Goal: Is to inspire others to begin their own practice. To help you Let go of fear and release anything that may be holding you back.
